Holding a Ph.D. and several master's degrees, he has led large consulting and finance teams worldwide. Gregory ensures that NoVAra operates with a strong compliance framework, excels at cross-cultural communication, and delivers measurable, UK-aligned performance for every client.

Paul Navarro
Chief Operations & Technology Director

Paul brings over 15 years of experience in virtual staffing operations, service delivery, and workflow optimisation. For the past nine years, he has led large-scale VA teams, specialising in:
• Website development and systems integration
• Automation and optimisation of VA platforms
• Building scalable workflows for Property Management and Back-Office Support
• Developing compliance-aligned operational processes
• Leading multi-department VA teams across HR, Training, IT, and Performance
He is also currently pursuing a Law degree, strengthening his expertise in compliance, policy, and organisational governance.

Jeff is a Psychology graduate with more than 10 years of experience in hybrid HR management, remote recruitment, and VA performance leadership. His expertise includes:
