Structured Client Engagement & VA Deployment Process

10-minute Intro Call → CNA → CNA Report → SLA/KPI Alignment → VA Matching → 4-Day Targeted Training & GDPR Orientation → 3-Week Onboarding → 4-Week Stabilization Review → Continuous Daily KPI Monitoring → Monthly Client Success Updates

Our entire client journey follows a structured, transparent process designed for measurable outcomes. Starting with a 10- minute intro call, we move into a detailed Client Needs Assessment (CNA). We then deliver a CNA Report outlining recommended services. Once the client agrees to proceed, we align Service Level Expectations with our KPI Framework.
 

From there, we select a VA from our Talent Pool, matching skills to the client’s exact requirements. Clients are given the opportunity to interview the shortlisted VA.

Before deployment, the VA undergoes a 4-Day Targeted Training Program and GDPR Compliance Orientation.
 

Upon deployment, the VA goes through a 3-Week Onboarding Program supervised by an Account Manager, followed by a 4-Week Stabilisation Review.
 

All VAs are monitored daily through our KPI Performance Management Framework, with monthly Client Success Updates to ensure Highest Possible Level of Client Satisfaction.
